I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were of good quality, had good lighting, and were equipped with a safe, welcome bottled water, and a comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom and closet were a good size, though the layout was a bit strange. The service was professional and friendly, from reception to cleaning and the restaurant. The location was very convenient, right in the center of Aachen City, close to shops and restaurants, but slightly noisy at night. The dining experience was wonderful, offering a variety of fresh fruit, yogurts, quark, muesli, and cereals. Overall, a good value for money.

My stay at the hotel was delightful with clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a great location near the center of Aachen City. However, the presence of drunks and homeless people in the area was a downside. The dining experience offered good value with a variety of food options but could use more variation.
